I’m Rebecca (she/her) and I’m a writer with an academic background in film, television and gender studies. Despite enjoying all kinds of writing, I mainly analyse and express thoughts through essays and features. Anything that incites emotions or internal challenges is worth discussing, regardless of whether or not the work is well known or has received critical acclaim.
I’ve attended film festivals in cities ranging from Cannes to Stockholm, as well as participated in various panel discussions. Besides being a part of the staff writer team at Flip Screen, you’ll find my words in Screen Queens, Wasteland, Film East, Grow Up, and more.
